Stripes series 2018

This serie of small size works on wood represents various form of emotions. These works are, each one of them, as a type of scan. The chromatic defines the feelings, the vertical black lines of Chinese Ink the rhythm, as an electrocardiogram, and the spaces, interrupted by pieces of wood, are strong elements who impact these sequences. These works are extracts, like frozen in time, of emotions that we want preserve either to remember and relive them indefinitly or to remember this intensity that deep affect us and that we never want relive them. In this second case they act like a wake up call.
